I started this blog because I wanted a place to remember and record my life. In between daily routines, family commitment and responsibilities, personal growth, and goals, I realized how easily moments pass without being noticed. This space is my way of documenting real life, whether it is perfect or imperfect, and finding meanings in its own way.
Hello! I’m Vivian, a millennial mom with roots in Malaysia and currently based in South Korea as a Korean wife. This blog is where I share pieces of my everyday life—home-cooked meals (mostly Asian food), my strength training and fitness journey, family moments, and some outdoor adventures. I write to record reflections on my life, experiences, thoughts, and the lessons I’ve learned.
I believe that a strong body supports a meaningful life, and that food connects people and culture. Progress matters more than perfection, and consistency matters more than intensity—whether in training, parenting, or life itself.
This space is for those who enjoy honest lifestyle stories, simple reflections, and real experiences over polished highlights. If you find comfort in everyday routines, personal growth, and living intentionally, you may feel at home here.
This blog is my digital memory—a place to keep the stories I don’t want to forget. Thank you for being here and reading along.
